Blissed-out or burned-out? (This weekend only!)

Hey gorgeous

For those of you that didn't know, I've taken a week's annual leave from the day-job to have a staycation with Mr and our menagerie of pets.

If you need me this weekend, I'll be right here; engrossed in my new book (I love this series so much!), sipping tea, indulging in a few comfort foods (hello mac&cheese croquettes) in comfy clothes and under a blanket.

This is bliss because only a couple of years ago, the idea of a weekend this indulgent would have been horrifying!

•curl up and read a book? I don't have time, I have tonnes of overtime/study/research/second-job to do!
• I have to spend the weekend catching up on the cleaning, washing, dry cleaning, food shopping, picking up the parcels from the Royal Mail depot... I've been *so* busy and have so much more to do!
•blah blah blah, excuse excuse excuse, whine.

See it was partly true; I worked 90+ hours most weeks and weekends were for errands and face planting on to the sofa in exhaustion (only to wake up an hour later, heart racing with fright at what I'd missed or still had to do... before I discovered the drool on my face!).

It doesn't have to be this way.

You can

•kick ass at work and get everything done
•leave on time
•feel on top of your work and career
•have time to relax and care for yourself
•not feel exhausted, overwhelmed and frustrated, like your life is spiralling out of control in front of you.

The first step is to wrangle control of work and start building the structures to support you.

It's where my 7 day course Your Best Week comes in.

It's easily accessible, taking just ten minutes a day and delivered direct to your inbox in 3 (yes 3!) different formats each morning so you can watch, listen or read as suits you.

You get access to my primary care toolkit; the tools to help you identify the problems, get on top of your to-do list, do more with less time, all completely practical steps to take.

You also get access to the more holistic steps-the things to do through the week to feel on top of your game, feel alive and amazing, and have you bouncing into the weekend and following week.

I am running a LIVE round of the programme and we start Monday. If you sign up this weekend you will also get

•live support from both me and your peers to make this week even more effective
•priority access to the upcoming live webinar where I will address the number one change you need to make to stop spinning in circles and 3 steps to feeling amazing again;
• a whopping great discount.

Your Best Week is available all year round as a home-study course and it will usually cost you £29.

BUT if you sign up for this live round you will only pay £7.

£1 a day for the trainings and tools that can help revolutionise your work and home life, beat burnout and build your energy and enthusiasm again.

Why am I doing this when I could legitimately charge you four times as much? (Hell, ten times, the impact this course gets and the feedback I get is off the charts amazing!)

Because you have stepped forward and asked for help and I want to offer that help in return.

Because you will get a taste of what it's like to feel happy and fortunate and like you can take on any challenge and win.
Because I wish someone had been there to take me by the hand and show me the way two years ago.
Because, in the run up to Christmas you need this help more than ever.
Mostly because I can!

So you can sit and wait and worry.

Or you can take the opportunity I'm offering.

This weekend only, click the button below to get your name on the list!

In the meantime, I am going to sink in to the world of PC Grant and The Folly, sipping Assam tea from a Le Creuset mug. Because this is what your best week feels like.

Take care of yourself
